Students will need appropriate clothing for Fitness, Physical Dimensions, and Lifetime Sports. (shorts or sweat pants, t-shirt, socks, tennis shoes) All students will need a 3 prong folder for the classes.
Fitness and Conditioning: students will participate in weight lifting and a variety of fitness activities.
Physical Dimensions: students will participate in individual/dual sports, team sports, fitness activities.
Lifetime Sports: students will participate in individual/dual sports such as tennis, table tennis, golf, badminton, pickleball, disc golf, etc.
